<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
An access door or panel was opened while the stepper motor was moving.
</text></DescriptionText>
</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
Make sure that all of the panels and access doors are properly closed. Type
"mask" to see the status of the door open signal. If there is an exclamation
mark (!) preceding "Door is open", then the door signal is active.
If the access doors are all closed, then there is a problem with the door switch
wiring. Check the door sensor connector (J19) on the card-cage backplane.
